Transitional Counseling
Transitional counseling assists individuals who are experiencing a change or transition in their state of health. Counselors support individuals and family members in coping with the many adjustments which may arise from this change, including dealing with unresolved issues that can come into focus when illness arises.
Transitional counselors will consider your dignity and comfort, your internal person and your spirit, all of which will be tended to and nurtured.
Hospice of the North Coast offers transitional counseling to our patients and also
to members of the community who are facing a life-threatening illness.
